Honest, straightforward service I went in to turn in my leased vehicle and needed a new car with no money down and at a monthly payment that was no more than my previous lease paymen I went in to turn in my leased vehicle and needed a new car with no money down and at a monthly payment that was no more than my previous lease payment. Sam exceeded my expectations. I have a new lease on a 2018 Ecosport with no money down and my lease payments are less than my previous payments. Great service w/Gus I purchased my car w/ a Sam. I was offered the car for a few hundred dollars over invoice without any haggling ( I've had 7 brand new cars in 10 year I purchased my car w/ a Sam. I was offered the car for a few hundred dollars over invoice without any haggling ( I've had 7 brand new cars in 10 years and car dealerships really likes pricing games, so this was a pleasant surprise for me), so I took the deal. A week or so after the purchase, I had a question regarding automatic door locks and how to modify it .... long story short, I ended up working with Gus. Gus has been excellent: responsive, took ownership, great point person to handle all your needs. I highly recommended Gus and I would definitely buy my next car with the Ford Store because of Gus. More

Good experience with service I went to the service department for a recall. I was seen at my appointment time and the service consultant scheduled me for another visit since the I went to the service department for a recall. I was seen at my appointment time and the service consultant scheduled me for another visit since the technicians had left for the day. The consultant was professional and personable. My only complaint is that the website allows you to schedule appointments up to about 4:00, but I was told that had I called, I would never have been given an appointment after 11. I suspect the website belongs to Ford, not the dealership, but someone ought to fix that. More
