I purchased a 2006 Cadillac SRX and was assured that "we have been here for 35 years" and that "we will take care of any issue the car may have (within reason"). So, being the thick headed Italian that I am I had their words ringing in my ears when my car had issues with the wheels, drains, and suspension. I brought it back to them several times (while being patient) and Highline held true to their words. They accepted every email and phone call with professionalism and never making me feel like I was a bother. That is remarkable, because I easily could have been told to leave them alone and not come back. They took my car and were either able to fix it or refer me in the direction to have it fixed properly. They never left me in the dark and that was my fear and everyone's fear when buying a used car. Highline was transparent in communication from the day of purchase until I was fully satisfied. I congratulate Highline for their patience and professionalism. I suggest everyone buy your next car from Highline. It is like buying new with their post purchase support. Don't expect them to pay to have everything fixed because let's keep in mind these are not new, but can feel like new once your sale is all at and done. If you choose to buy from Highline and you have an issue reach out and don't be resentful. James and Ted are always willing to help and Charlie is always visible for conversation. Extremely poor experience, issues with car and staff I purchased a car here last June and everything went smoothly at first. It came with a 2 month warrantee but I immediately started having issues with I purchased a car here last June and everything went smoothly at first. It came with a 2 month warrantee but I immediately started having issues with the car within the first month. I brought it back in well over 6 times over the course of the next year for the same problem. Each time they would keep it for anywhere between 1 and 3 weeks and would not give me a loaner. They were always almost impossible to reach- never answering or returning phone calls. Eventually they instructed me to bring it to an Audi dealer to have them diagnose the issue because they could not, and that they would pay for it. Audi didn't even get half way through the diagnosis before Highline told me they wouldn't pay, and tried to stick me with the bill. Finally I got them to agree to pay for what had been done so far but they wouldn't pay to finish the diagnosis. I waited 3 months for the check to arrive in the mail from Highline, and only received it after numerous calls and emails. When I did receive it, it was not for the full amount. After another phone call I was told they had guessed the amount they owed instead of looking at the bill I had left with them- they said they'd get back to me. I never heard from them again. I spent most of the last year with no access to a vehicle while mine was in their shop, still have the same problem with the car as when I bought it, and they still owe me money. Overall a horrible and frustrating experience that got me no where. I can't keep the car with the issues it has, and will now be starting the car buying process all over again- but certainly not with them. More

Friendly staff, mechanical quality left wanting Two weeks ago we found a Jeep Rubicon on their lot that we liked, low-mileage with lots of pricey off-roading upgrades that made the price seem reason Two weeks ago we found a Jeep Rubicon on their lot that we liked, low-mileage with lots of pricey off-roading upgrades that made the price seem reasonable. My husband was thrilled. We decided to make the two hour drive from Southern Vermont, and were greeted warmly on arrival. We had easy rapport with Ted, and excellent conversation during the long financial process with Zach (okay, if I’m honest it was only long because we couldn’t stop talking). Three days later we returned to pick up the Jeep, which needed an O2 sensor. A couple days later my husband noticed the Jeep didn’t have a muffler - someone had taken it out and their mechanic apparently missed it - the sound hadn’t changed from our first visit and test drive. Fortunately, a quick phone call sorted it all out. All in all we’re very satisfied with our experience despite being a little surprised such an obvious piece, needed for inspections throughout New England, would be missing from the vehicle. However, their assurance that they must sell an inspection-ready vehicle, and quick action to right the issue saved their review, and our overall impression. Thanks, guys! We can’t wait to get out on the class 4s! More

I bought a 1999 Porsche 911 and traded that up for a 2015 Porsche 911 convertible I have purchased 5 cars in the last 2 years (upgrading two of them). I bought a 1999 Porsche 911 and traded that up for a 2015 Porsche 911 convertible 4. Also got a Porsche Panamera and recently upgraded it to BMW X6. Also purchased a X1 for my daughter and my friend who I referred, bought a Ford Edge. All great cars that these guys also service. I am coming here for ALL of my car needs from now on.
