One suggestion would be to maybe post a sign that invites customers to inquire within so they know that this dealerships strategy is not to be overbearing to customers! More

Oren did a nice job of understanding our needs and did not pressure us at all which was nice. They did not have the color / interior we wanted so they needed to find one at another dealership. My only complaint is the the sales manager could have been more aggressive in finding our vehicle; if I can find like cars on the internet he should be able to do so as well. When I spoke with him, it seemed like my business was not a priority for him - next time he won't get a second chance. When the car finally arrived Oren did a nice job in delivering the vehicle and explaining all the features; he did this on his day off which both my wife and I appreciated. I've purchased my last 4 cars at this dealership; I'll definitely visit them again for my next vehicle. However, if they do not have the exact vehicle onsite then I will find it myself and shop my business at another Honda dealer. More

Found the Honda I wanted.A 2010 CRV EX-L. Sales person was Brian Krakowski.He was excellent in every aspect. Even took extra time to go over Nav Sys.with me. Car was washed,gassed up and ready to go. I went to Honda trying to get out of a car I could not afford and was upside down on. My goal was to get payments down by 100 dollars. Not only did I get a brand new car but my payments went down 130 do afford and was upside down on. My goal was to get payments down by 100 dollars. They gave me a good amount for my trade since it was only a year old. The difference was $3,000 but that included the tax title and license of the new car. Kurt was a great salesperson to work with and I would highly recommend him. I am very happy with my car and would buy another Honda in the future, in fact this is my second car leased from this dealership. More

Went in for a oil change and came out with a number of items needing to be addressed. Went in the next day and ended up paying two grand with almost $1300 in labor costs for a days worth of work. After finding an Accord Coupe listed on-line, I took a ride to Honda of Joliet one night after dinner to see the car first-hand. I forget her name, but she was extremely personable and I genuinely enjoyed speaking with her. Richie Moffett was the salesperson who came to help me. We walked out to see the car, and I told him he was lucky that the woman I was speaking to wasn't in sales! Richie and I went for a test drive, during which he showed me many features of the car. He was obviously VERY familiar with the functionality of all the options on the vehicle. We got back to the dealership and had a brief conversation about price and where I wanted to be. I told him I still wanted to look at a Nissan Altima Coupe, but that I liked the Honda. Richie did not discourage me, but was very confident that I would be back for the Accord. Of course, he was right! I felt that I got a good price on the Accord. The only number that I asked to be adjusted was the initial offer on my trade-in. The dealership raised the offer to where I requested, and the deal was set. It was very hot outside the day I bought the car, and Richie had it pulled into the showroom to keep it cool! The business (forget her name too!) was very helpful with arranging new plates and in our discussion about an extended warranty plan. I was very comfortable with the entire experience and would strongly recommend anyone looking to purchase a car to look at Honda of Joliet. They were professional, considerate and enjoyable to deal with. More

KURT WAS VERY PATIENT AND HELPFUL. AS A TEACHER OF 25 YEARS, YOU QUICKLY LEARN THAT NOT ALL "STUDENTS" LEARN THE SAME WAY AND "TRUE" LEARNING COMES WHEN YOU PRESENT INFORMTION IN SEVERAL WAYS. HE ACCOMM YEARS, YOU QUICKLY LEARN THAT NOT ALL "STUDENTS" LEARN THE SAME WAY AND "TRUE" LEARNING COMES WHEN YOU PRESENT INFORMTION IN SEVERAL WAYS. HE ALSO CHECKED FOR UNDERSTANDING...BY ASKING ME QUESTIONS ABOUT THE VEHICLE. I WAS VERY IMPRESSED WHEN HE EXTENDED A FOLLOW-UP VISIT IN TWO WEEKS (IF NEEDED).
