Horrible service I had an appointment at 8:45am for an oil change only. My vehicle was not taken in the bay until 10:15 after I had to say something to the service adv I had an appointment at 8:45am for an oil change only. My vehicle was not taken in the bay until 10:15 after I had to say something to the service advisor. They forgot about my vehicle but then when the person that pulled my car out once finished was parked so close to the parked car next to us we were not able to get in it and now the time had occurred over a 2 hour visit for for an oil change. I think this is ridiculous. Something needs to be done. As much as I had paid for my vehicle I should not have this many issues. Service department needs to get it together. More
