Ultimately fixed my car, but at great cost Had a problem with the battery holding a charge. Original diagnosis had something to do with the computer. Spent a lot of money replacing it and having it installed. Battery still didn't hold a charge. Brought it back and found out it had to do with a bad cable and an entire assembly needed to be replaced. Entire cost ended up around $2,500 which could have been much less if original diagnosis was more accurate. Nice people, pretty knowledgeable and they gave me a nice loaner the second time I brought it in. But bummed out about the cost. More

They usually go over all requirements of what is needed. This did not happen and he just said go have a seat we will come get you. Then he came out handed me my keys and the bill and told me to go to the cashier window as he scurried out with his jacket in hand. I actually need to come back because my sticker on the windshield was written wrong as well said to come back at 72,000 when I only have 56,000 plus. Very disappointed in the service this appointment. I have always given great reviews from past appointments. More

The people are great service not so much. For the past years that I have owned my truck I have followed the rules for my forever warranty. I call to make a simple oil change appointment and it takes 90 minutes to 2 hours for just an oil change. To me this is unacceptable. If I was just a drive in I would understand. Then I hear that it takes so long cause the mechanics are busy with other vehicles. Why do you not have people dedicated to just rolling out oil changes. Please understand that the people are great, kind and not rude. But I live 45 minutes and it takes up a good chunk of the day just to get an oil change. Below it is making me pick people I dealt with, I am just picking random people cause I have no idea who I was dealing with. The people were polite and awesome. More
