Ms Reyes, I’m surprised that you made a comment like that about our dealership. Just to be completely transparent I think it’s important to remind you that while your vehicle was being investigated by FCA, for over a month, we put you in a rental car at NO COST to you as a courtesy. When FCA determined the cause of the fire was not a result of the design of the vehicle, your insurance took over. Unfortunately you do not have coverage for a rental car. This is unfortunate but you can’t hold Thompson responsible for that, no matter how many people you call. We’ve done nothing but try to make this situation smooth for you and to see that you would resort to negative posting on social media is in fact very concerning. Joe Lyons Director of Operations
