- M.O.T.S.On Tuesday January 29th I visited Thompson Chrysler Jeep at 2158 Washington Road in Thomson Georgia. Stupendous customer service was rendered. I just want to make mention of David P he was our Tech he took care of the recalls that were due to be serviced on our vehicle. The service Administration April was fantastic. But my special thanks, graditude and appreciation goes to Andrea the Warranty adm. Top notch in customer care like no other. what a team of dedicate employees.

- RaytBeen here two hours and my truck is still setting and no oil change started, also I have issues with the radio screen going black, and dashboard screen saying radio locked and telephone sometimes not coming through radio also when screen is black ac doesn’t work. So they say it has to happen so they can see it . Iam not making it up.

- BassManTook my new to me Jeep Cherokee to this dealer after receiving a recall notice. Had a 9 a.m. appointment, got there 15 minutes early. Dropped the car in the service lane and waited for the work to be completed. The vehicle was ready by 9:30. Never had such a good experience with a service department. The employees (so sorry I forgot your names) were helpful and very polite. Won't take the vehicle anywhere else!

- DowngradeI have purchased my 4th, and last, vehicle from this dealership. I take full responsibility for this last purchase, I asked them to run numbers, I listened to the pitch about my warranty being up on my 2016 and I needed new tires and yep...I signed the paperwork on a 2018. I made a rash decision and regretted it AS I was driving off the lot. I traded in a perfectly good vehicle, TOTALLY loaded for a basic car that doesn't have crap. I got screwed by the finance guy, paying well over 2% more in interest. They kept telling me "my warranty was up so this is the best thing to do". No...the best thing is to sell me a new warranty. ......not downgrade my vehicle. So...I cry for 3 weeks. I walk back in 20 days later with tears in my eyes and basically beg them to somehow get me back into my 2016 Challenger. Tommie Mack writes down some information, steps away for 10 min. and comes back and say's for $10,000.00 they can put me back in my 2016. I left. I will drive what I have purchased. Everyone has ALWAYS complimented my cars. I have always thanked them and let them know where I purchased them from. I do get compliments on this one. I tell them I hate it and I share my experience. It dawned on me. When I went back to see if I could get back into my 2016 and they shot me down in 10 minutes - NOT ONCE WAS I ASKED WHAT CAN WE DO TO POSSIBLY WORK SOMETHING OUT FOR YOU? Pity...because every day when I get in this car I tear up...then I get angry. I have learned though. And I will share...the whole story. And it all began with an oil change.

- buddy0527Arrived at 11:55am to get oil changed was told all the guys were fixing to go to lunch to come back at 1:15pm. Got back at 1:10pm didn't leave there till after 3pm just my gripe is why would all the personnel go to lunch at the same time. And wasn't aware that I had to schedule a appointment to have a oil change. Used a certificate for the oil change that I received in the mail that included rotating tires. That didn't get done and after I had been there that long sure wasn't waiting another few hours for that.

Valerie coordinated everything with the warrenty company, parts, service and even the car rental company. She made a bad situation as painless as possible. She to be highly commended for her customer service skills and professionalism.

- Patchwork QuiltI was at the dealership for service in October 2014 and mentioned to one of the staff I really would like a vehicle with better gas mileage. I bought a new 2010 Dodge Grand Caravan in 2010 with not so good gas mileage (16-18 mpg); Mike Crook was my sales person in 2010. Mike was there that day in October 2014 and he showed me some vehicles. I had no intention of trading/buying a new vehicle that day. I chose a 2015 white Jeep Cherokee and drove off the lot with this new vehicle that day. I now have half the space, but my Jeep has much better gas mileage, 23-28 mpg. The entire process was so easy, really it was too easy. Of course, it helps to have an excellent (800+) credit score. I would recommend anyone wanting a nice vehicle to go to Thomson CDJM and ask for Mike Crook.

The only reason we stay with Thomson Chrysler Dodge Jeep is because of Troy Bensons Professionalism, knowledge and attitude in the service section. Mr. Benson deserves a raise and promotion and definately should be the service manager. He does the job anyway. Unfortunately Thomson has many problems but as long as Troy stays in charge of service we will continue to use the service area.
