Excellent! I bought my car from another VW dealer, which is where I take my car for service. I work in Newark and when I went to leave, my key would not turn. I ended up being towed to Three County VW, where I had to leave my car and put the key in the night drop. I had my fingers crossed that the service dept would be able to help me the next day. Greg called me first thing in the morning (not too early, thank you!) to go over what happened. He was very understanding in realizing that I would need to know by @ 11am if I would need a rental car. My car was fixed that day. Greg displayed excellent communication by keeping me informed. I think because of the excellent job he and the staff did, I will start bringing my car to Three County VW for service, especially since they will provide a courtesy shuttle to my office in Newark. Thank you very much! More

They replaced the wrong side of the low beam This is the first time I visit this VW dealer. Their staffs are very friendly, but I don't think their technicians did the work right. I ordered t This is the first time I visit this VW dealer. Their staffs are very friendly, but I don't think their technicians did the work right. I ordered the below services: Oil and Filter - Change Air Filter - Replace General Service Request - One of the headlight bulbs is broken and I want to replace it. Since I don't know much about cars. I didn't put too many details when I wrote the general service request. I assume that the technicians would find out where the issue at. What I know is, before the visit, the headlight on the passenger side works fine. I made a reservation for the above services on Saturday (03/30/2019) at 9:30 AM. It's a busy Saturday and it takes around five and a half hour for them to finish the work. Since I didn't expect it would take such a long time and I had a date for dinner with my friends at 5:30 in Manhattan, I didn't check the bill carefully which indicates that they replaced the low beam at the passenger side. What I was aware of was that the Light Bulb Warning Light on the dashboard was gone and everything should be good. Then I drove back home, parked my car and took the bus to meet my friends. Until the next Friday, I only used my car once on Sunday daytime (I didn't turn on the low beam). Unfortunately, on Friday (04/05/2019) night, when I planned to visit my friends, the Light Bulb Warning Light showed again on the dashboard and when I turned on the headlight, I can see that the low beam on the driver side still doesn't work. I contacted the dealer on Saturday morning and got it fixed in the afternoon. But I have to pay again for the replacement. Their explanation is "headlights always dead together". But my point is when they did the initial service, they should check both sides of the headlight and figure out the issue one since I didn't mention which side has a problem. And after the fix, they should check it again and make sure everything is alright. From my point of view, I know that the driver side low beam doesn't work and the passenger side works fine for sure. It is because I drove my car with only passenger side low beam working for around a month and didn't find time to get it fixed. Long story short, it is a bad experience for me at this dealer. More
