Service Team is the best! Called late on a Saturday afternoon as my tire pressure light came on. Spoke with Toni who told me to come right in. It was discovered I had a nail Called late on a Saturday afternoon as my tire pressure light came on. Spoke with Toni who told me to come right in. It was discovered I had a nail in my tire and the tired needed to be replaced. Very thankful they told me to come in instead of just saying oh its due to the cold, don't worry. They were quick and efficient as they normally are. When it was ready, Cassandra noticed I had some difficulty walking and took the time to walk me out. She told me to wait and she went and got my car from where it was parked once the service was completed (which was not that far from the door). She drove my car right to me so I would not have to walk any extra steps. Her taking it upon herself to notice my struggle and do what she did is an act of kindness very rare in business these days. I have never had anything but positive experiences when dealing with the service department but this was truly above and beyond. Thank you, Cassandra, your kindness was appreciated more then you will ever know. More
