The only draw back is that the vw software is not set to help them do the diagnostic. The dashboard warning light has been on-and-off for more than 6 months now and the system is not telling which light is burn/burning. Cassandra went out of her way to help me every time but there is so much she, and the crew can do if the company does not give them the tools they need. My very STRONG advice is to present a request to VW to update the car's software so it can pint-point the trouble light rather than just generically indicate that there is a light problem. It is costing time and money to the crew and my trying to fix this to no avail. More
