Excellant service.. Had to bring my car in for a recall. Got an early appointment. Was called it was done in 2hrs. They even cleaned the car for me!!!! Employees are great but a long wait and expensive. Overall the service department does a great job work-wise, however the wait was much longer than originally said and the total price for the service w Overall the service department does a great job work-wise, however the wait was much longer than originally said and the total price for the service was steep for the area. It took over 3 hours for an oil change and rotating the tires. On Saturdays it is first come first serve, but I arrived with only one car ahead of me and was there for an express oil change. I was told an hour to hour and a half maximum (which is what it was the last time with the same conditions). 2 and a half hours later the oil change was done and they suggesting rotating my tires. Said it would take not even 20 minutes. It took another hour. Come to find out they rotated AND balanced my tires - which I did not sign up for - and so my total at the end was quite significant. I've since price checked in the area and it's more than double the price. All in all, they do great work but the wait time and price will have me searching elsewhere. More
