The Road Hazzard warranty I had on my tires came into good use, as my tires were recently purchased at TCV. Cassandra was able to get me booked in as soon as my car came in. The punctured tire was replaced and mounted, and they had me back on the road within a couple of hours. More

The Tech performed a complimentary vehicle inspection highlighting some issues with the car that I was already aware of - which to me is a sign of trustworthiness and actually makes me want to return to this location to get the work done at a later time. By far one of the best experiences at a VW dealer/service location. More
