Friendly staff but poor communication/attentiveness. Tech advised there was no leak from strut then when they looked again, there was a leak. Ticket was written and closed with replacement strut. Receiv Tech advised there was no leak from strut then when they looked again, there was a leak. Ticket was written and closed with replacement strut. Received a call a few days later to inform me that they were wrong and nothing had been replaced. Part supposedly ordered and will have to come back in. Not fair to customer. More
