I had an appointment for an oil change at 7:30. I was told it would take about 90 minutes. It took 4 HOURS. They said I needed to have my tires rotated and balanced as well, but after looking at the car told it would take about 90 minutes. It took 4 HOURS. So I had to wait an extra 2.5 hours for a service I didn’t schedule, didn’t need and wasn’t done. More

I scheduled an oil change with the above ementioned dealer and asked about how the car would be sanitized and cleaned after the oil change, mainly out of covid-19 concerns. I was furious that he thought that was acceptable especially in the middle of a pandemic where god knows who’s touched what in my car. More
