Enhance my experience? I had my wife take our NV3500 in for a basic oil change after the whole parts issue. You want to know what they said??? They would not service my van! They straight up said they didn't like me posting a bad review and that if I ever brought another car in they would not provide any services!!! FOR POSTING A BAD REVIEW!!! COMPLETE JOKE!!!

I have no trust in your dealership and continue to steer potential buyers away from your dishonest practices. I believe the only reason you are reaching out 3 years later is in hopes of talking me into trading in my "modified" truck and purchasing a new truck from your dealership. My family has chuckled at the ridiculous offer you would probably offer. Since my experience my family has bought 4 new or used Nissan's. None were from your dishonest dealership. I would suggest you not contact me again. You got my blood boiling again and I'm making a new effort to spread the word about my terrible experience with all your staff!

You are entitled to pursue whatever means you deem necessary, including continuing your efforts to steer potential buyers away, noting what you feel are dishonest practices. Still, if that were the case, I don't think we'd be trying to understand what happened and asking to work toward a solution over something three years ago.
