There was a cracked windshield that they tried to say they fixed with a dab of glue, greasy hand prints on both the visors and all over the back seats. there was so much mud and God knows what else stuck to the bottom of the truck that in my opinion they should have been embarrassed to present this truck to a prospective buyer. We asked them to clean it up and they took it back to their detailer and ran a little water over top of it and a box of hooks that were in the bed of the truck that they never knew was there and brought it back as if they were so proud of the work they did while never even cleaning the underside. Just be aware of this dealerships xxxx poor service and honesty! More

CUSTOMER SERVICE I have tried to reach someone in the Finance dept since the 8th of May today is the 21st. I have left numerous messages with different people that the I have tried to reach someone in the Finance dept since the 8th of May today is the 21st. I have left numerous messages with different people that the receptionist has transferred me too. I have told the receptionist that i cant get in touch with any one and that nobody ever calls me back. So then i just continued to get transferred and put on hold and transferred some more. i actually listened to the phone ring for about 7 minutes one time while i was transferred around the dealership. I have yet to have a good experience with Tim Dahle even when i bought my car. Now i am just trying to cancel my gap and cant seem to get any help with that so that i can be done with this dealership. Ridiculous customer service. More
Never buy tires from this dealership! I purchased tires with a 24-month road hazard warranty. While my wife and I were on vacation, one of the tires blew out and was irreparable. With no Tim Dahle stores nearby, I was forced to buy a replacement tire. When I contacted TDN upon returning home, they said they couldn’t do anything about it. All they care about is selling you a car, not about taking care of you afterwards. Avoid this dealership at all costs. More

Do not buy from this dealership My daughter was shopping online for a car on the Trucar application. She found a 2008 Nissan Altima listed for sale for $4,999 plus $289 in dealer fee My daughter was shopping online for a car on the Trucar application. She found a 2008 Nissan Altima listed for sale for $4,999 plus $289 in dealer fees. We decided to go check out the car and test drive a few others. My daughter decided on that she would like to purchase the Altima. For some reason our salesman wasn’t able to help us with the price. That should’ve been the first red flag. This guy named Waldo come over with a price of about $6800 out the door. I told him that was absurd because we already know the price of the car plus the dealer fee and we don’t need registration because we need to register it in Boise. He come back with $6114 that includes taxes and some maintenance they did to the car. I asked to see the invoices of the maintenance but he couldn’t produce them. I told him this is a bait and switch scheme. I told him I would pay $5500 out the door, that would include the sales price, the dealer fee, and taxes. They wouldn’t uphold their online price so we got up and left. My daughter then got an email and a text from our sales guy and she told him our offer of $5500 was still on the table.a few hours later she got a text that said,” he didn’t know what changed but they would do $5800. My daughter really liked this car best. We returned my salesman had me fill out part of a credit application even though we were paying cash. Ihe said my credit wouldn’t be pulled, but as we were waiting I got an alert from Experian that they did pull my credit. At this point I’ve given my credit card to be charged $5800 and we are waiting to sign the paperwork. When we start going through the paperwork I notice that they weren’t going to pay the sales tax. I ask about it and the finance guy said if I add sales taxes to the deal the price will be more. He then enters the sales tax and the amount goes right back to $6114. To say I felt mistreated and lied to is an understatement. They should update their pricing online to be correct instead of using bait and switch tactics. More

I have been getting flyers from a man named “Tyler” about bringing my 2015 Nissan Versa in to be appraised and buying it back from me. I thought now would be a good time to upgrade my car, but when I tried to contact this “Tyler” person I ended up getting a reply from a Chris Szoyka. I told him I could come in within the hour, and when I got there Chris ponded me off on some man by the name of Tony ‘Gator’. Tony was ok, minus the fact that he did not listen to me at all and was a smooth talker and glossing over the facts. I thought since Tony wouldn’t listen, I could sit down and talk business with someone in the Financing Department. I believe the man I spoke to name was Bill, well Bill wouldn’t listen to me and he just kept going on and on about football. Yes, I enjoy watching football, but I enjoy being told the truth about what I am signing and not getting rushed out the door. Bill would NOT listen to me about how my name should appear on the paperwork. He would not listen to me about what license plate I wanted for my new car. He didn’t even go over all the extra fees and taxes. It wasn’t until I got home and started going through the car, at my pace, I discovered the car does not have the features Tony said the car had. And Bill never discussed the APR and months to pay off the car. He flew right on through the paperwork that I didn’t even get a chance to read any of it. More
Came in to look, left with a car I thought I was done buying cars for a while then Nissan decided to offer AWD in a Sedan so the wife and I go down to have a look see what's new. We get there and our favorite salesman Jose Feliz has the perfect car pulled up waiting for us to look over and drive. Jose pulled the exact color trim everything we wanted after walking around the car playing with the new touchscreen and pushing buttons we take it for a spin it drives so smooth you feel like you're driving on a cloud even on post winter pothole covered roads of Utah. We decided we need to to see if they could make numbers work so we go inside sit down at the desk. I never thought I would say this but I bought on their first offer the management doesn't play games they give a great offer right from the start. We love Tim Dahle Nissan Southtown I recommend them to any even thinking of cars. Warning though if you go down to look you will leave with a car More
