The sales manager and other supervisor that worked with us were trying to pressure me in to the buy them acted annoyed when I stuck to my guns with what I wanted. They acted irritated and borderline disrespectful. I was not impressed. Now a month later the dealership still hasn’t held up their end of the contract! They were supposed to order a new bumper and install it. Never been ordered. I’ve stopped in once and called 3 times. No action. The never call back. Then just this morning the check engine light comes on!! I’ve only had the truck one month!!!! This dealership is a not helpful and they do not take care of their customers! The only reason I’m giving one star is because our salesman was great. More

I strongly suggest people do there homework on the vehicle you are thinking about buying from this dealership. They sell a lot of cars for a lot more than the car is actually worth. The finance people here are very dishonest and will get you a loan for any car but they wont tell you it is for a lot more than the car is worth. I went into this dealership 3 times because I was going to buy a Titan. My experience got worse every time I went into the dealership. I ended up buying my Titan from a dealership out of state because these guys were so bad. It took a week to deliver my truck to me but it was well worth the wait to not buy a vehicle from this dealership. More
Underhandedness No-good-very-bad experience with Tim Dahle Nissan Sandy. I visited the dealership on Thursday (from 9am-12pm) to purchase a vehicle. They did not want No-good-very-bad experience with Tim Dahle Nissan Sandy. I visited the dealership on Thursday (from 9am-12pm) to purchase a vehicle. They did not want to honor the internet price (wanted to charge me $1,000 more) nor the $250 off coupon on their website. After going the rounds, they finally relented (they made it out like they were doing me a favor by honoring their offers) and we had a deal. Back in finance, they levied unexpected fees (e.g., an emissions test fee for an electric vehicle?! that’s some crazy stuff), which derailed the deal. Not 10 minute later, they called me to win back my business and we had a verbal and written (text message) agreement with a day and hour I would return to finish the deal (I couldn’t return until the following day in the afternoon because of prior commitments). Not more than 1 hour before I was to return, I confirmed that the car was still available and drove the 30 miles to the dealership (again!). Upon arriving, I was shuttled back to finance, at which time I was told that in the morning (hours before I confirmed it was still available) the car was sold. However, the car is still advertised on their website – for a higher price. I called and they confirmed that the vehicle is still available to be bought. And to top it all off, they put my trade-in car for sale on their website! In short, my experience with this dealership was awful. My sales guy was nice – but was ultimately powerless to make this company see reason. If I could give negative stars, I would. More
Who makes the car buyer pay extra for a second key fob Watch the fine print. They add in a replacement key policy for $250.00 and tell you it’s cheaper than buying a new key fob, which is true, but the catch is the policy doesn’t get you a spare key, it only replaces a damaged key. Every other dealer charges the trade in owner for the cost of a second key just like they charge you for replacing a cracked windshield. I know, it may seem petty, but it’s so maddening when you find out the just hosed you $250.00 for absolutely nothing. Oh yea. What’s the deal with running a credit check on someone who is paying cash? More
Bait and Switch So disappointed in this dealership. Had been assured by the GM of a rival dealership that they were trustworthy. I live 3 hours away but was interested in a vehicle they had for sale. I called the dealership before I left Pocatello to verify they still had the SUV I wanted. I talked to the salesman several times and texted back and forth throughout my trip down, the latest being when I was 15 minutes out. He was going to have the SUV up waiting for me to get checked out. I arrive and ask for my salesman and after 20 minutes he appears, shakes my hand and says he will be right back. This is the last I see of him. Another 20 minutes later different salesman comes up and informs me that the SUV has been sold but he has some other great deals in that same price range.....imagine that...since I have driven 3 hours I agree to see what he has to offer. The first vehicle he shows me is an inferior SUV, 2 years older with 40,000 more miles for only $2000 more expensive. At this point I told him how disappointed I was in this whole bait and switch thing and how I had now wasted my entire day off due to this deception. I said it was inexcusable that the salesman I was talking with all day wouldn't even face me. He offered a food ticket to the truck outside to pacify me.....guess what.....it was closed.... Not an honest thing came from anyone at that dealership this past Saturday. SHAME ON YOU!!!!!!! More

I purchased a car and upon taking it out of the parking lot after my wife drove off assuming I had a vehicle, the vehicle started smoking and broke down. I walked back and talked to Mark who told me I had already purchased the car and there is nothing he can do. No rental, no repair, no return. Have a nice day! I am still fighting for anything to be done. The General Manager is a joke and makes his own schedule which none of the employees know. He comes and goes as he pleases and doesn't even have a company phone? Stay away from this dealership!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More
