I am customer with them since 2015 and their service side was excellent but on the sales side they are the worst ever in SLC. They never bother about what customers are asking for. They have a lot of hidden was excellent but on the sales side they are the worst ever in SLC. They never bother about what customers are asking for. They have a lot of hidden factors with respect to pricing. For instance I just asked for a breakdown on the price they said come down we can provide you. Once we went there they made us to wait for about 45 mins and said breakdown will be provided only when you are about sign the purchase which will be provided only by the finance guy. They said they will add $1000 for workshop detail on top of the price which is kind of weird and lot of hidden price tags then said I got special permission from manager to provide which is again a super secret. And the price they will sell at the offer price only when we do financing with them otherwise an additional $1200. From beginning they don’t disclose anything and never trust them as they are not transparent in what they provide. Just be aware that they are not transparent in the pricing. Don’t waste your time and money they are not a customer friendly sales and never bother about customers, never keep up what they say. More

Worst car buying experience. I searched car.com obsessively for over 2 months to find a vehicle that meet all my needs. I found one that was a fair price so contacted the dealers I searched car.com obsessively for over 2 months to find a vehicle that meet all my needs. I found one that was a fair price so contacted the dealership. I was told the vehicle had normal wear and tear but was in good condition. I asked if it had been through an inspection for any mechanical issues and was told it had not, but they would inspect it for an additional $1000. I felt that was extremely high priced for an inspection so declined, thinking I would have it inspected after I bought it. I explained I lived in WA and requested a quote for shipping it to me. I felt the shipping cost was reasonable so agreed to take the vehicle. In review of the purchase agreement paperwork I noticed 2 additional charges for a total of $600. When I asked what the additional $600 was I was told there was a $250 charge for an anti theft device and $350 for a chemical to prevent interior mold. My paperwork indicated I could decline these services. I was told they had already been completed on my car and declining them was not an option. Now my $5000 car is up to $6400 including the cost to ship it. When the vehicle arrived I found a dent on the passenger side of the vehicle and the break light was illuminated on the dash, which had not been disclosed to me during the purchase. Now I have had my mechanic complete an inspection He informed me all the brakes needed to be replaced, there were 3 gaskets leaking on the engine, and the entire heating core needed replaced for a total cost of $3400. I have also been unable to get the dealership to send me any of the documents I signed when completing this purchase, despite several requests. I purchased my vehicle from Tim Dahle Nissan Southtown because I believed them to be a reputable business. What I have found is that they are nothing but con artists and thieves who take advantage of honest, hard working consumers. I would steer very clear from this one! More

I walked in under the impression I would be buying a vehicle from Tim Dahle Nissan for the second time this year. Giving them a second chance from the worst buying experience a couple of months ago at t vehicle from Tim Dahle Nissan for the second time this year. Giving them a second chance from the worst buying experience a couple of months ago at the Murray dealer. The salesman was wonderful (Randall), the sales manager clearly does not want to earn a customers business. Moving forward, nobody in my office will purchase a car from Tim Dahle. You can’t expect to sell a car for the most amount and add fake options plus a “lifetime warranty” and have that customer return to that dealership. They would be so far upside down they could not afford anything for years. Overall this experience has been sad and honestly shows the true face of a dealer. More

Let me tell you about my experience with Tim Dahle Nissan Southtowne - We purchased a used but close to new Nissan Rogue April 2020, it was a trade in and they didn't put it through emmisions or inspection t Southtowne - We purchased a used but close to new Nissan Rogue April 2020, it was a trade in and they didn't put it through emmisions or inspection to get the vehicle licensed and registered so I took it back in August when they finally realized what needed to be done, while there I had an oil change done as well and they scratched the rear 1/4 panel so they said they would fix it, and it came back with the color not correct and it stands out to me and others. They have told me several times they would make an appointment and have it fixed. I went into the service department and was promised it would be taken care of and they would contact me once the appointment was set. Still to this day it hasn't been taken care of. I had to have them put in a new battery 6 months ago and now having issues with the vehicle starting, I CAN'T get ahold of anyone to assist me since it comes with the Lifetime Warranty (not worth it if they won't answer their phone or return VM). Then I get a phone call from the sales department wanting to know if they can help. I am at this point furious and frustrated with the whole situation. More
