Above and beyond expectations I came in to Tim Lally to look for a new car with my child. Not only was I greeted quickly, I was treated as an individual who was buying a car, and n I came in to Tim Lally to look for a new car with my child. I was not talked down to, and it was never insinuated that I should "ask my husband" for his opinion, as was my last experiance purchasing a car. My needs were listened to, and were taken into consideration when cars were being suggested. The random concerns of my child were even addressed very professionally. So good I bought 2 cars! I had been looking for my dream car to come within my budget. I wasn't in a hurry and came in just to look and met Jimmy Z my salesman. They initially didn't have something for me but he stayed in touch and finally a car came in that met everything I was looking for. I went and looked at it and fell in love. We did the paperwork and they actually delivered it to my house a couple hours later after detailing it. Jim Zabielski stayed in touch even after the sale. He even let me know a that a newer nicer model came in that was still within my original budget and I went back in and bought that on also. They have a good selection and have good communication with their customers and they just don't try to sell something that's on the lot. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone. You won't be disappointed! More
