From the time I traded in my C5 Corvette til the time I ordered my New 2024 Corvette, my Salesman Adam Mays, and Corvette Specialist Joey Hurtuk kept me informed of the progress of my car. They allowed me to visit, text and call them as my car was being built. When it was delivered I was given a video of the car being driven off the trailer. I am forever grateful for that. I told on the my Chevy app that i needed to scheduled a recall service appointment. I made the service appointment once I got there, they told me they had to order the part and would call me once the par recall service appointment. I made the service appointment once I got there, they told me they had to order the part and would call me once the part was in, to me it seems like the service dept should have knew that they didn’t have the part in stock before I came in for the recall repair. This was a total waste of my time and gas to drive there, just to be told to come back once they get the part in and call me after the part gets in. They could have called me ahead of time and told me that. Terrible service management. Smdh. More
