I had to pay for a rental car 2 extra days because that person wasn’t at work which is ludicrous. I didn’t bring my truck to Rachel, I brought it to Tim Lally. That’s unacceptable. I shouldn’t have to wait til that person comes back to work to get answers, to know if my truck is ready, or know if I can pick my truck up. Total experience not pleasant More

I bought my car at Tim Lally Chevrolet in 2017. I have taken it there for service every year since. They have friendly and competent staff in their service department. CAME IN FOR A OIL CHANGE, WHEN DONE MATT TOLD ME CABLES ON MY 2021 C-8 NEEDED TO BE REPLACED, NO MENTION OF WHY CABLES NEEDED TO BE REPLACED OR TO SHOW ME WHAT WAS BROKEN DAMAGED ETC.
