I am disabled with leg and back pain and driving long distances (i.e., 60 mile round trip to Classic Chevrolet) can cause my pain to flair up. Oh my goodness, where do I begin. I just recently eas'd out the marine corps and my intentions on getting a new car when I got out was highly anticipated. I saved up enough money and over the course of two out the marine corps and my intentions on getting a new car when I got out was highly anticipated. I saved up enough money and over the course of two months I couldn't find the right vehicle for the right price. Until I came across city Chevrolet. They had the right vehicle for the right price because they called ME back! Long story short I purchased a 2006 Mercedes R350 and they told me I was good with the banks and that I can take the car home and they'll call me. I had the vehicle for a week and started wondering what my payments were so I began to call and when I FINALLY GOT IN TOUCH they told me to bring the car back. That the bank denied me. "REALLY???" After a few more run arounds I finally met a salesman that was down to earth, straight to the point. Dennis Adams really informed me of everything going on at all times. Never had me waiting for hours in the waiting room, only to be sent home and come back the next day. And for that, I thank him for my 2012 Cruze. More

This was the best car buying experience... EVER! I recieved a pre-approval letter and contacted Lauren. I set up an appointment and missed it. I did not expect to get a car because I was not actively looking at the time and from the moment I pulled up Shane opened the door for me, all of the other sales people greeted me, and I had no wait time! Shane immediately started to engage me and find my interest. She pulled a car out front and I immediately looked and said NO! I do not want this car. She said 1 simple question, "Why". I had no answer for that but I never had a Pontiac before. We went on the test drive and the car had everything I told her I wanted: good price, low miles, clean, good gas mileage, and safe for my daughter. I went to them with a price I wanted to spend and they gave me an AMAZING car within my price range. The finance department was AWESOME! They can out to me and talked to ME!! They did not stay hidden in a corner with crazy prices. They were honest with what to expect the entire time! Not only did I get a great car... They gave me a great warranty as well for! They are backing my purchase not only for today but for the many tomorrows that are to be! If I am ever in the market for a car I will always come to Classic Chevrolet of Kannapolis first. IT WAS A CARING ATMOSPHER. I did not feel pushed or rushed into a decision. They did not bring me a car out of my price range. I had a 6:30 appointment to test drive a Chevy Spark. I was greeted by enthusiastic staff as I walked into the dealership. After the road test, we struck a deal on my trade-in and the purchase price of the new Chevy Spark. I completed the deal within a couple of hours!!! I have made purchases at other dealerships that took hours upon hours to complete. At Classic Chevrolet, the deal was done fairly, quickly, and done with me (the customer) in mind.
