Prior to walking in to Tim Marburger Chevy, I was dealing with Carmax & that was a total waste of my time, I left that place wondering if the salesman even wanted to sell me a car. A good salesman shouldn’t make it seem like they hate their job. Within the first minute of talking to Owen at Tim Marburger, I could easily tell the process would be the way I prefer it. He set the bar for me as to how good a car salesman should be. 100% will be back. More
Carrie, the service writer, is rude and unfriendly and I was very uncomfortable talking to her. She’s condescending and not informative. My friend with me actually said “what’s her problem?” when we walked was very uncomfortable talking to her. She’s condescending and not informative. I have 1 Now Tim Marburger Chevrolet I'd of given them 5 stars but this is my experience. I have a 2013 Equinox and have been very pleased with it. I have 100,000 miles and no problems with it except the engine,which has been burning oil for the past year and a half. Found out it's due to defective rings which was the subject of a class action lawsuit which GM settled in November with word finally coming down to the dealers in February. Took my car here, which is where I purchased it when it was Classic Chevrolet, for an oil consumption test required. I must say, the dealer was very honest with the test and confirmed it was burning oil more than usual. They ordered the parts and I brought it in to replace the rings. They found a few problems that was not covered under the settlement so I agreed to replace the parts as they were not going to charge me labor. I then told them to replace the spark plugs while they had everything apart. I picked the car up today (Mar. 30th,2020) and found from the bill that the plugs are expensive ($26 each) but what the heck but I got charged $115 labor to replace 4 plugs. $115? I couldn't believe something that takes 2 seconds, I had to be charged for especially considering I've spent over $115 adding a quart of oil every couple of weeks at around $10 a quart since I use nothing but Mobil 1. Wasn't he already on the clock in that hour putting my engine back together for which GM will compensate the dealer so wouldn't that be considered double dipping? And another thing, I thought perhaps these were a premium spark plug that you see on some autos, that's why they were $26.97 each but when I got home, I looked up that part number they had listed and found that Advanced Auto sells the same ACDelco Iridium Spark Plug 41-108 for $8.99 each. Talk about price gouging! The employees at the service desk were very good to deal with other than this problem but this labor charge gnaws at me so much so, that when I do finally trade in this vehicle, I want it to be another Equinox but this certainly changed my mind as to where I buy it from so to Tim Marburger, you got your $222.88 out of me today but you've lost making more from me from a future sale! More

Unhappy When I purchase the 2015 Spark I was told it had a two year or twenty thousand miles free oil charges included but when i went to get an oil change at When I purchase the 2015 Spark I was told it had a two year or twenty thousand miles free oil charges included but when i went to get an oil change at 23800 miles and two weeks before warranty was to run out on oil changes they charged me $43 for this oil change. They said I only get four oil changes in two year but the sales person did not tell me this. I could have gotten the oil changed at Walmart for $31. I will never buy a car from them again. More
Horrible customer service Went to have vehicle serviced scheduled through internet as we have done in past. Advisor said we don't have internet scheduling. I said yes you do we have used it before and I pulled it up on my phone and he said we'll it doesn't work. I asked for a manager he pointed to a guy sitting next to him who ended up not being a manager. Took a while to find out no managers on site and reluctant to give me contacts. Went down street to another dealership and was in and out in 25 minutes for my warranty service. Rude and untruthful service advisor just cost them any future business. Pathetic. More
My Chevolet Classic Dealership-Kannapolis I was really impressed how the salesman knew all the right questions to ask. He understood what I was looking for and found it almost immediately. Best friend during sale, hope you dont need any help after Bought 2015 vehicle there, they were so helpful. After sale when I needed assiatnce getting money they owed me back, not so helpful.
