Poor experience was going to back out but after talking with Nate gave them another chance, it did not get better. Charged my account before I even got the truck. Was told he was going to do something for me..did nothing. Based on my experience I most likely will not go back. I do have friends who have gone there and had great experiences so my suggestion is to go and give them a chance for yourself. I wish them luck More

Things were held on with tie wraps, cab mounts rusted, leaking etc etc. We paid for a turn key truck and got taken badly. Very disappointed that predators would do this to a nice young man. It was not road safe, but Tim's put an inspection sticker on it. More

Saw a used truck with plow listed online through Tim's. I used the online form to contact the dealer to schedule a test drive for the following weekend. Wife and I drove a couple hours to test drive the truck and included plow. We arrived at the agreed time. First problem was that the representative I had spoken to and thought I would be meeting with wasn't there. The seemingly only guy at the location had no idea about the appointment. The second problem was that the plow was uninstalled and in the bed of the truck. So how could we have tested it? The last and most important problem was after we got there, the guy who was available told us the frame needed, "major work." That was 100% not included in the listing or mentioned at all before we made the trip. All he could offer was to show us other trucks and maybe have a plow attached for an additional fee. I don't want to accuse anyone of "bait and switch," but it definitely smelled like it. On the way home, I texted the original contact person to express our disappointment. He offered no apology. He did say, however, that they have many other trucks we could look at. No thanks. Instead, we bought a different truck from another retailer. More
