Tires and an alignment, 1 out of 16 lug nuts were loose, the alignment was worse then when I dropped off. It’s my work truck, so missed the whole day of work, and no I get todo it again, rrr but definitely the alignment was worse then when I dropped off. The person who sold us the extended warranty did so by explaining to us that all the electrical is very expensive to fix so he showed us a package that the electrical would be covered. Almost one year fro explaining to us that all the electrical is very expensive to fix so he showed us a package that the electrical would be covered. Almost one year from the day we bought the car there is a lot of electrical problems, and they are saying none of the stuff on the extended warranty is covered. Not only that they had my vehicle for multiple days and did not even call me back. Two different people went on vacation while they had my vehicle and just left me to wonder what was going on and I have to call them back every time . More
