I have been trying since March 9th to get it canceled and refunded. Ford finally canceled but they haven't even been able to reach Tindol to help with the refund. Go anywhere but Tindol! More

Over the years we spoke and Lyle service, but, the Tindol group is by far the most accommodating. I started looking in 2019 and spoke with Lyle . Over the years we spoke and Lyle never once pressured me. He sent me a video he made in early 2021, just to say HI and to stop by some day. I never forgot the video. Well I did on my way to Raleigh , just to see him and say Hi. He picked me up at airport but didn't have to drop me off at the airport. Purchased a vehicle from Tindol on 12/5/22. While sitting in dealership for over 4 hours I looked at paperwork and found an error from the finance guy. I think he tried to pull a fast one on me While sitting in dealership for over 4 hours I looked at paperwork and found an error from the finance guy. I think he tried to pull a fast one on me, but lets call it an error. I brought it to his attention and said that I would have to wait until I get my first bill with account number then I could cancel the extended warranty. I said the moment you hit the enter button for Ford Credit I was issued a account number. He told me he could not change anything at this time. On 12/6/22 I contacted Ford Credit and received my account number and then filled out paperwork to cancel extended warranty from Tindol. It is now January 5th and Ford credit has not received a check from Tindol to apply to my account. Spoke with a couple people at Tindol and was pretty much told "the check is in the mail" It should also be noted that my salesman whom was pretty good had to leave the store for an emergency so he could not go over the features of the truck with me. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE from this dealership. More
