He let us guide our own sales lot tour ( while he accompanied ), but made numerous helpful suggestions to channel us in the directions we had expressed to him at first. We had a lot of technical and style questions; in fact we peppered him with them, and he answered them all with the confidence of extensive knowledge of his products across a broad brand spectrum. These cars included several Jeep models, as well as Hyundai, Buick, and GMC, both new and used. We felt no pressure or "sales techniques" to influence us, other than his constant and upbeat attention to our questions and comments. He added a lot of color background commentary on the different cars, which really helped us decide for ourselves what we wanted. We never felt talked down to or that he was in any way impatient with all the diverse looking we were doing, and he never "hovered"; he was there to serve, and it showed. At Ahl's, it was completely an exemplary salesperson and pleasant sales experience for us. The prices were all very fair, too - so much so we were shocked several times. More
