I expected more from the body shop since I have always purchased my cars from here and been happy with the experience. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND using their body shop for repairs to your car. My car has been in their shop 3 times and I completely expected this last time, it would be done correctly because I was already upset about the incompetent work. Instead, nobody bothered to put the clips back in to hold the plastic liner that goes inside the fender. It was dragging on the ground by the time my husband got my car back home. That's just basic stuff and it can't even get done right. More

If I could rate this dealership as a zero I certainly would. The service department charged us $1200 for an A/C unit that I found out was under recall.
