The most surprising thing was that we didn't have to listen to a "hard sell" pitch. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful and made our shopping experience more enjoyable. I just needed t This is the 2nd vehicle that I have purchased from Tom Ahl. I knew what I needed in a van, what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay. I just needed to find the right van. I wanted the wow! factor. Before I test drove the 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan, Jeff Skelly (who came in on his day off) showed us all of the features, the stow-n-go and other perks associated with the van. With my son and grandson going with me for the test drive, I pulled out onto Allentown Rd., drove less than a football field length and turned to my son and stated 'this is the one.' I still took it for a 20 minute drive and was even more sure when we returned to the dealership. Jeff was very courteous, professional and answered all of my questions. This was the third van that I had interest in. He had told me at one point that "when you leave here (the dealership) with a vehicle, I want you to be happy." And I am VERY HAPPY!! Thanks! More
