Jarrett was my service advisor, and he did an excellent job keeping me informed throughout the entire process. He sent a video of the technician showing me exactly the brake wear on the vehicle and confirm job keeping me informed throughout the entire process. The entire process was smooth, and the service manager, Doug, ensured that I had a loaner vehicle ready, as my vehicle would need to be there for an entire day to complete all of the services.
