When handed a bill for about $700. 00 we were informed that there was a 3% surcharge for using a credit card. If informed before, we would have withdrawn $700 in cash from our bank to 00 we were informed that there was a 3% surcharge for using a credit card. If informed before, we would have withdrawn $700 in cash from our bank to avoid the surcharge. But, of course, we were NOT informed!!! Pretty shady, IMHO... And I can't rate Cole Fellers with the Service Dept. because he is not one of the drop-down choices. Poor work, James Wood... More
