We were interested in a car we found on their website, but were having a problem getting to the dealership since our car was no longer usable. Scott brought the car to us at our home so we could see it, took us back to the dealership and we finished the deal. I did not know that level of customer service still existed anywhere today. He explained everything to us about the car, and the process was so smooth and at no point at all did we ever feel the slightest pressure to buy. We drove home in the car still in amazement at how well we were treated. Scott Philbrook is an absolutely wonderful person to deal with and you will come away feeling everything was above and beyond.
