Great visit with Kristi Beaver at Tom Gill Chevrolet! I have had nothing but trouble with my cars since I started driving (about 9 years ago, at age 16) and had only ever owned used cars. When my most rec I have had nothing but trouble with my cars since I started driving (about 9 years ago, at age 16) and had only ever owned used cars. When my most recent car died, I put off looking around for several weeks because I was frustrated and tired of only having cars for a few years before they died. Then, I decided I'd like to try and get a new, never owned before car. I told myself to not expect much, maybe I wouldn't be able to afford a brand new car, maybe it'd be too much right now but I could at least ask about it. When I went to Tom Gill (with my mother for help because I had no idea what the xxxx I was doing) I was prepared to get a used car, still unsure if I'd be able to get a new one. We met Kristi Beaver and she was so helpful! I felt like she was very patient with me and my limited knowledge on how to go about buying cars (thank goodness my mother was with me, she was a big help too!). She was able to explain everything and I started to feel very hopeful about a new car. After talking to us for a while, Kristi walked away to find a car I might like. I was really pleased with the car she had picked out and was able to look at the payments and worked it into my budget. The only thing about the whole process that I was a little put off by but completely understand was how long it took to see the finance woman. It was a Sunday that I went in and they were very busy, we were told that right off the bat when we first got there so I was aware of it. They only had one woman working Finance that day and I understand how hectic and busy one can get at work, I work within the medical field--trust me, I understand! Aside from that, I had a great experience with Tom Gill and would definitely recommend others to go there! More
