I have to express my satisfaction with Tom Gill Chevrolet as a dealership, and Mark Miller as a salesman. I made an appointment with the dealership with a specific vehicle in mind, and Mark and the staff ens as a dealership, and Mark Miller as a salesman. I made an appointment with the dealership with a specific vehicle in mind, and Mark and the staff ensured that the vehicles most closely matching what I was looking for were pulled to the front, washed, and ready for me to inspect and take for a drive. Mark went over all the details and features of the vehicles and ensured that I understood the tradeoff's associated with each one. During the test drive, the staff assessed my trade-in and had a very fair trade-in value assigned to my car when I returned. After I made my choice, Mark sat down with me and reviewed all the details of the transaction. Negotiations were done quickly and efficiently, and I received a very good price and a very good trade-in. It was by far the smoothest new vehicle purchase I've been through, and I've been through quite a few. I was treated very well by all of the staff at the dealership, from the sales staff to the finance department. I highly recommend Tom Gill Chevrolet and Mark Miller to my family and friends, and they have gone out of their way to ensure that I'm completely satisfied with my purchase. More
I was brought to the dealership because i had heard of a new car called "cruze". When i first went in, i was freezing so i decided to get a coffee from the cafe and to my surprise, it was complimentary. The new car called "cruze". The woman that served me at the cafe was helpful in introducing me to the saleswoman that gave me all the details of the car. she was very informative and offered to pull the car inside so i wouldn't have to look at it in the cold. even though she knew i wasn't buying that day, she still gave me her full attention and didn't try to overwhelm me. my experience was wonderful from starting at the cafe and finished knowing that when i do buy a car, i will definately come back there! and, i was impressed to see that Mr.Gill was there and when i asked if that was unusual, i found out that he is there every day. I have been with people at this dealership for many years and very happy with them. The other day I had a little problem with the car and it had to stay at the shop over night and Mike was so nice and helpf and very happy with them. Following a breakdown far from my home, I found myself in Tom Gill's dealership. Alas, repair costs would exceed my 1997 truck's value. Very Dissatisfied With This Dealership. Me and my Very Dissatisfied With This Dealership. Me and my fiance stopped in about 3 weeks ago to test drive a nissan xterra. I asked the sales person if we Very Dissatisfied With This Dealership. Me and my fiance stopped in about 3 weeks ago to test drive a nissan xterra. I asked the sales person if we could test drive it. We walked inside to get the keys then he came back with a questionnaire. We filled out the questionnaire unrelated to the test drive then he started talking about another xterra they had on the lot. I didnt care about any other vehicle. I came to test drive the want I want to see. We sat around for about 20 minutes until I got tired of waiting and just got up and left. Last monday I called to schedule a test drive, we had a different salesman and everything went alot smoother. When we got there he had the keys and the carfax in his hand. After the test drive we ended up buying the vehicle. we did not even haggle much since Riley did a great job having everything prepped before we got there. We also got a extended service contract. Everything was fine and dandy untill today when I tried to fill it up with gas. it was close to Empty and it wouldnt take no more than 1-3 gallons with out kicking the gas station pump off. I tried multiple pumps and stations all do the same thing. After about 20 minutes messing with it and getting gas all over the side of my vehicle. I was able to get the level high enough to make it through the week. When I got home I called the extended vehicle service company "EASYCARE" and was told they only cover the fuel tank and not the filler neck. So I called Tom Gill Chevrolet and was told that I had to bring it in and PAY to get it diagnosed and that i was covered if it was the fuel tank. but if its the filler neck then I had to PAY again to get it fixed. I already paid for the vehicle once. Im not going to pay for something they should of fixed before it was even put on the lot. To sum it all up, Tom Gill Chevrolet sells broke vehicles and expects you to pay them to fix them as soon as you drive it off the lot. More

He offered to look for the type of car I had come in to see (which was no longer on the lot) and to work with me personally if necessary to get me a good deal. While I have already taken other options, I would have a good feeling about going back if I see a car down the road that I'm interested in. I know that if I do have a bad experience, they will handle the problem like professionals. More
