Satisfied The salesman we dealt with was very helpful. He did an excellent job. I would have liked a more for my trade in. My wife could not make it home from Florence to Independence before the fuel light came on. The detail cleaning was OK. Not great on the inside. I did appreciate the tires. I did mention that when I test drove the car and it pulled to the right. It seems OK now. All in all my wife loves the car. More

Also Chan Dambaugh (Finance Manager) was excellent to deal with and works dilligantly to get you the best finance rate that he can! On the other hand the upper tier of sales managers are slow to make decisions and really keep you waiting needlessly, that is if you don't agree with the first deal that they throw on the table. The entire purchase experience took in excess of 5 hrs. and could have been half of that if they didn't go back and forth trying to figure out the DEAL. More
