Upon arriving, we were greeted by our sales associate, Chaz Reed. He was very professional and friendly. He asked what we were looking for and provided exactly that! We were very indecisive between a couple cars, and throughout our indecisiveness, Chaz was very patient and understanding. He even helped us try in the car seat to make sure it fit the car we were considering buying. Most salesmen I have encountered in the past are very pushy and only want to make a sale. Not Chaz! He's there to listen to your needs and help get you into a car that fits everything you are looking for. Falicia Ellis was also a huge help in getting us the most money for our trade in and finding credits that applied towards our new car purchase! She truly made me feel relaxed and wasn't pressuring me into anything I didn't want. Brandi understood what I wanted and helped me follow the process to achieve that. Great Buying Experience! Brandi Martinez put up with me for almost 4 hours, going over the top to find the 2015 Malibu that I wanted and then locking-up the deal. All that wa Brandi Martinez put up with me for almost 4 hours, going over the top to find the 2015 Malibu that I wanted and then locking-up the deal. All that was left to do was to get my new Malibu transferred to Tom Gill Chevy from Indianapolis, but that fell apart for reasons that were out of Tom Gill's hands. They ended-up putting me in a new Impala, with all the options I wanted, at the same price as the Mailbu! Brandi is detail oriented, very knowledgeable, very patient, and makes sure that her customer understands what she's doing the whole way. Come delivery time she spent about a half hour in the car with me, pairing my phone to the "Infotainment System," setting-up OnStar and the SeriusXM radio, and showing me how to use all of the bells & whistles in this car. Ask for her by name, and if she's out that day, find out when she'll be back and wait until then - you'll be glad you did. Susan Clarke wrapped-up the business-end of my purchase. She knew what she was doing, explained what she was doing and what it was that I was signing, explained the purpose of all of the documents, was patient when I asked questions or read some of the fine print, and is quite capable dealing with an ornery computer that doesn't always want to compute :) And she took extra time to make sure that I was aware of all of the long-term advantages (including a free set of new tires down the road) of letting Tom Gill's service department take care of the Impala's scheduled maintenance.
