Purchase of new Truck I went in to look at new trucks, check interest rates on financing, models, options, etc. I was quickly approached by Nate who greeted me and went to I went in to look at new trucks, check interest rates on financing, models, options, etc. I was quickly approached by Nate who greeted me and went to work answering my questions, showing me trucks, going over every detail of the trucks from motors, to radios. His knowledge of the trucks he sells is amazing, extremely knowledgeable of the products that Tom Gill sells. I mean everything. Answered every question about drive train, engine, body trim, improvements from earlier models. I truly enjoyed spending time with him learning about the truck. When it came time to look closely at price, financing, etc, that when Joe steeped in and we came to terms on a great deal on the truck I decided to buy. He worked hard to earn my business. I was very careful to make sure I was spending my money wisely and Joe and Nate were very patient with me. I truly appreciate both of them!!! And when I set down with DJ to do the financing, the great experience continued. He showed me every possible option available to protect my investment and what was and wasn't covered from the manufacturer in great detail!!! I truly appreciate DJ as well. You are greeted by everyone who walks by, they offer you drinks and assistance. I was there longer than I would have liked to been purchasing my new car but while setting waiting on paper work countless people offered drinks, compliments on our childrens behavior, asked if we needed anything, if we were ok, talked to our children. Great customer service. I love the modern feel, the convience of the cafe', and Service department is really helpful, convient. More
