When spending this type of money for a car it should be fun (which it never was) until we worked with Nate. He went out of his way to find us the Tahoe we were looking for and even stayed late with his family on their night off to get us the car which was being delivered from another state and delivered it to our home at 12:30 A.M. so we could drive it on vacation the next morning. Tony Humbert is the only reason I take my car to Tom Gill I purchased my car in 2010 from Tom Gill. I continue to use their service department because of Tony. I am not very car savvy and Tony always gives me all my options in terms I can understand. I always know my car is in great hands when I turn it over to Tony and his guys. My car has always come out in the expected time and pricing has always been very reasonable. In fact, I'm due for an oil change soon and can't wait to take my car in so it's ready to go for our vacation. That way I will have a worry free trip knowing Tony just looked over my car and gave it the thumbs up! More

Beyond being knowledgeable of his product, Jacob was very personable and friendly to my wife and myself. He worked hard to make sure we were happy and satisfied. Jacob provided us with a vehicle that fits our current needs and was able to put the work in to make sure we received the best price. The rest of the staff we came in contact with showed the same qualities as Jacob. I would recommend this dealership and will definitely return for future purchases. More

I do not like the service dept at tom gill, certain workers in that department are rude and not helpful at all. That department is only interested in getting money rather than fulfilling the customers needs. I understand that its a business and they need to make money but it shouldn't only be about money to them. I recommend people to go see the sales associate who has worked with me each time I've been there, but I do not recommend people to get their cars fixed/or maintenance done at the service department at tom gill. I found the staff to be highly professional and welcoming, and the environment to be clean. Michael Monday was my service rep and was highly knowledgeable. He was able to clearly communicate what the issue was and my options for resolving it. During the repair process, he kept me updated and when I picked the my car up, all repairs were complete and my issue was resolved. In my opinion, it doesn't get much better than that. Go Tom Gill and ask for Michael Monday. More

He made a point to tell Jayson that we were not ready to buy a new car. But after looking at the cars, we found one we liked. Jayson was not pushy and was very considerate to our needs. Needless to say we bought a new 2014 Chevy Equinox LT. We loved the easy going attitude of Jayson. When we worked with the financial rep. whose name was DJ, the same easy going attitude continued. I would recommend Tom Gill's dealership. More
