Before I went to Pappas I went to 3 other deale I went to Pappas Toyota looking for a mid-size SUV after my current car was totaled in a bad accident. Before I went to Pappas I went to 3 other dealerships and not one was willing to put the time in to help me look for a car. I had a couple requirements I wanted in a car after getting in an accident. When I arrived at Pappas Mark Weyers helped us right away. He listened to what I wanted in a car then came back with 7 different keys. He was so helpful and honest. He was never pushy and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Mark was one of the best car salesmen I came across, I would highly recommend him. More

Worst experience ever and worst customer service He sets an example of how a Sales Person should NOT be with his customers. He is rude and has derogatory attitude.He gives false promises and false expectations to customers.When we came in for a car they quoted a price and while we were negotiating on price instead of being polite to customer he had a very bad attitude and when we told him "Dude! Sorry to say this but you are being rude" we told the exact same words in a polite tone and immediately Angelo busted out and started yelling, he denied to say his name or give his details and started saying 'are you trying to threaten me?'. We didn't had any intentions of threatening or anything that didn't made any sense for us. He was yelling at us to leave the facility. He is rude, arrogant and hostile.And thanks Angelo for "YOUR HOSTILE HOSPITALITY" @Angelo you did all this to get down for 100 bucks but not to forget we got it 300 less than what we quoted. This is not about the price but its the way you treat customers. PS: Learn how to treat and welcome customers from JAY WOFLE TOYOTA. Great Sales Experience!!!! Myself and my wife was out looking for a vehicle. Wasn't really in the market to buy yet. Came to the dealership to drive a Corolla and a Camry. Hands down the best I have brought my car to a few different dealership here in stl depending on where i lived at the time and while i have had good experiences with them I have brought my car to a few different dealership here in stl depending on where i lived at the time and while i have had good experiences with them Pappas and especially Gino take it to a whole different level. When i first came to pappas I met Gino, he looked at my car and said I pas by your place everyday and see that can and keep wondering when your going to fix that tire with a smile (I had a spare on for quite some time) I knew at that point that i would never go anywhere else. to hear that he was concerned or at least thinking of my car before we even met sealed the deal. Since then I have taken my car to pappas everytime no questions asked. Gino has been able keep great tabs on my car and when things truly need to get done. One example is the last time i went in i asked to change my breaks along with other maintenance because I thought it had to be time with all the driving. He called promptly back and said yea they are getting there but you can defiantly get some more out of them, again to hear that instead of replacing them regardless made me love this place that much more, it showed immediately that they are out for the customer to the highest standard compared to other places that just want your money. He basically has helped me scheduled out all my visits, based on how my car is doing and when yo truly do what maintenance is needed as my car ages. it makes me very confident that my car will last for a very long time, as it should its a Toyota :). My family has owned 5 Toyotas so we have experience and Pappas hands down has been the best service on all sides. Everybody there is extremely friendly, they are able to answer any and all questions promptly and with expertise. I cant say enough about Pappas. I get amazing service, awesome advisement on when things need to be done and every time they have exceeded my expectations on quickness . These people work so hard to please their customers and it shows. Its like I'm family there! Gino along with everyone else that works there has made me a life customer for Pappas. Keep up the great work ya'll are the best in the west!!!!!! More
