I received flier in the mail for service specials and needing wheel alignment I was interested. The flier had a scratch off that would indicated if I would receive a additional discount. My purchasing experience was nothing less than great. Everything the other people expressed in their reviews was right on target as far as my experience with Jessica Vargas and the great team that Pappas Toyta has put together at their dealership. The trade in value for my old vehicles was fair. I had performed my home work and had a pretty accurate view of the value of my old vehicles before I went to the dealership. There wasn't any haggleing on the dealerships behalf over trade in prices. I recieved fair pricing. Jessica was very professional and courteous. Her knowledge of the product line shes sells is very good. She was able to anwser all of my questions with out hessitation. I purchased my first vehicle from Pappas Toyota 4 and a half years ago ( through Jessica ). I have had occasion to have the vehilce serviced at Pappas Toytoa a number of times for scheduled maintenance since that purchase. The serviceing staff at the dealership are knowledgable, professional and courteous. On a recent trip to get a check engine light looked at the service rep was able to resolve the problem, explain what probably occurred and sent my employee away with out a charge, all with in just a few minutes. When I have had my vehicle serviced at Pappas, they kept me informed as to the status of the vehicle, what is needed and the cost associated with what is required. No unexpected surprises ! I now have three Papas Toyota vehicles in my company fleet. The first Toyota I purchased a 2009 Prius 4 is running great, it has 110,000 miles on it ! I will be purchasing more Toyotas from Pappas in the futre as my older vehicles are retired and I will be asking Ms. Vargas for her future assistance in making those purchases. More

Kyle Albrecht was a great! Working with Matt Howat and Dave Holland was a great experience! We test-drove two different cars, picked one, were offered an excellent price, and bought it on the spot. From start to finish, our experience was about 3 hours -- FAST for everything we did. Dave was very thorough explaining the history of the car we were purchasing including all service history, gas mileage, features, etc. We were treated exceptionally courteously and were not pressured as you may find at other dealers. Mike Weaver in the Finance Department was also very thorough explainng all about the warranty that came with the car, what is included, etc., and was helpful as well. While we were waiting for delivery of the car, we were offered refreshments and even chocolate! Gotta love that! Overall, we had an excellent experience here, probably amongst the best we've ever had; and we've purchased a lot of cars from various dealers over the years. We will definitely recommend the Tom Pappas Toyota/Scion dealership to our family and friends, and will go back there as well! More
I began with an internet search, using 3 Toyota dealerships. Pappas responded quickly with a quote for the car I wanted. I visited the dealership and met with a salesperson. They did not have the car they had quoted me, but would get it. I signed a deal and left a $500 deposit. I got a call a few days later from the salesperson informing me that no manual transmission car was available anywhere in the state. He could find an automatic but it would cost more. We negotiated and I agreed to an automatic for $500 over original quote. Then I heard nothing. I called once and spoke to internet guy, then to the original salesperson. They had not forgotten me, I was told. Two more weeks went by with them having my deposit but no calls from the salesperson. Finally I went to the dealership. I met with Alex Wallut, the sales manager. He was absolutely wonderful. He apologized and found me a car which was way better than I had asked for at the same price. He switched my sales person to Megan Prinzi who was outstanding. We signed everything and I left with my new car. I would have graded Pappas "outstanding" in all areas had it not been for the initial issue. I suppose the lesson here is don't give up if you get an unsatisfactory sales person. There are others there at Pappas - especially Megan and Alex - who go above and beyond. I would recommend both of those people to anyone who is looking for a new Toyota. More
We have purchased many Toyotas from Pappas and have been pleased with every purchase. This is the first time we have purchased a used Toyota and was surprised with the quality and condition of the 2010 Cor pleased with every purchase.
