Was working with several differant people to buy a new 2012 Camry XLE with leather and navigation. Spoke on the phone with them multiple times thru out the time we were negotiating over the phone. Each time I spoke with them I asked to make sure that the car was equipped with the options I was looking for. After speaking with them and paying $100 down to hold said vehicle we drove 2 vehicles about 40 minutes to their dealership to complete the transaction. When we arrived and went to inspect the vehicle we were quite surpised to find that it was not what we had asked for. We never spoke to the manager and after way to much time someone came out to inspect vehicles that we had brought in for trade and to my oppinion was very rude. I would not reccommed trying to work with this dealership and believe that they are unable to listen to simple requests. No one but the sales person never tried to make this experience any better which I believe shows bad management. More
Mark Garner is super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. He does the homework for me, and is trustworthy. I hope he remains at Pappas, as their service folks, parts department, and even the cashier are knowledgeable and friendly. Pappas does not oversell their product. I totaled my 2009 Hyundai Sonata and wanted to replace it with another Sonata. My first Sonata was a 2006 and I loved that car. I had been searching for over 2 weeks, mostly in Illinois where I live. I was finding nothing in my price range and thought I would have to go to an Elantra which I didn't want to do. I found Jessica on Craigs List and was thrilled to find she worked out a Dealership. I found just the car I wanted. It was perfect, the Sales Staff were great and I cannot say enough about Jessica. I have been telling everyone that St. Peters is not to far to go to great service, a wonderful car and kind and respectful people. I loved working with the ladies as my previous experience with salesmen had not been good. At Tom Pappas I was treated with respect and dignity. Thanks to everyone there for all they did for me. More
I am very pleased with the whole purchase operation. I received numerous friendly smiles and hellos from all the staff that handled my sale. Like most people I wish I could have swung a better deal. The young lady ( I forget her name) who demonstrated all the ammenities in my new truck was just awesome. The finance manager was very pleasant to work with. Much nicer than other dealers I have ever dealt with. The service manager called me to let me know that the other options I had ordered had come in and helped me set up a time to have them installed. The parts came in much sooner than anticipated and that was great. I do however wish I could have gotten a better trade-in price for my old truck. Because I see all the ads on TV and papers for $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 on your old vehicle no matter what shape it's in. I was a bit disappointed also that I could not get a Veterans or Senior Citizens discount of any kind. But all in all I am quite pleased with the service I have received from Pappas Toyota. More

This is the second vehicle I bought with John and the sixth vehicle I have purchased with Tom Pappas Toyota. I have always been very pleased with the sales staff, finacial assistance, and the maintenance department at Papas'. Any issues that have developed over the years have been resolved instantly. To include the complete replacement of the engine in my Toyota pickup which had a major engine issue. They replaced this at 10,000 miles and provided a loaner vehicle while the truck was being repaired. I have reffered others who have purchased vehicles from Papas to include my daughter and son who bought new Tundra and Preius. This is an excellent dealership who, in my view, have one of the best maintenance/service departments. Their service department staff takes the time to listen and resolve my needs. They are honestly interested in "serving" us. More

She listened carefully to what I told her, was very focused on my search criteria, and made it her priority to find the exact car I was seeking, right down to the color. She and Pappas Toyota found and secured my black 2012 Camry SE V-6 from another dealer, rather than trying to "sell" me a car on their lot that I really didn't want. She would not allow me to compromise on my new car! She was very open and honest in our price discussions, making that part of the process totally painless. I knew right away that I was dealing with someone that sincerly wanted to give me a fair deal on a new car. Her product knowledge is exceptional, too! Nobody I spoke with elsewhere knew as much about the 2012 Camry than Jessica did. She was also very comfortable and informed in discussing the lease program alternatives offered by Toyota on their vehicles. Few salespeople really understand leasing to the same degree Jessica does. This is the eighth Toyoata I have owned, but the first I have purchased from Pappas Toyota and Jessica Vargas. I am confident it will not be the last one I purchase from Jessica and Pappas, either. I strongly recommend that anybody in the market for a new or used car contact Jessica so they, too, can have the extraordinary carbuying experience I just had! More
My husband Lee and I have purchased at least seven new Toyota's from Tom Pappas. I have never liked the back and forth between sales and my husband, so knowing that, I just sit back and try to ignore that Toyota's from Tom Pappas. I have never liked the back and forth between sales and my husband, so knowing that, I just sit back and try to ignore that whole procedure. Because Toyota's require very little maintainence, we usually took them to a local mechanic for service. Shortly after I had new tires put on my 2009 Camry, I began to sense that this mechanic was not honest. In November I took the Camry into Pappas because they were offering a special. I was very pleased with their work and the fact that Bryan took time to listen to my frustrations. After that Lee brought his FJ Cruiser in for service and was also very pleased that Pappas replaced some items that the other mechanic never mentioned. The Camry was a good car but stepping into it after I had a Highlander was not a good idea. Because the Camry sets lower, I was constantly running over curbs and took out the side of a women's vehicle while turning into a parking space. I had met and talked with Jessica Vargas at one point and was most impressed with how knowledgeable she was about the Toyota product. I had decided that she was who I wanted to work with if I bought another Highlander. Then I spotted the RAV4 and......... Last week we picked up our new 2011 RAV4 from Jessica. She is outstanding, along with Chrissie and Eric, the Delivery Specialists, who went through every detail on the RAV4. What a great idea these Delivery Specialists are! The whole purchase process was outstanding. More
