I set an appointment online at 3:15 to discuss the tires I purchased there 2 years ago that now need to be replaced. When I get there, I’m told by a service representative that the service manager will be back in a few minutes so I wait. An hour later, I’m asking where the manager is and am told he never planned on coming back. So, instead of checking to see where the manager is the representative made me wait an hour when I could have been doing more productive things. This place’s service department, representatives, and manager are a joke. Don’t waste your time or money there as they certainly don’t care about doing right by their customers.
