Best customer service around I have to admit that I have never had such good service from a sales rep at a car dealership before. Normally, the sales person sells you a car and you are on your way, but that was not the case for me. First of all, I was not hounded day in and day out after looking for the first time. My sales experience was smooth as silk and I look forward to my next purchase in a few years. I just took my car in for service and how nice of my sales person to come and check in on how the car is treating me. I have never had such tremendous service at a dealership. From the moment we walked in someone greeted us to the salesman who assisted us in the final lease, was top notch professional. The salesman "walked" me through the various aspects of the car using an iPad then did a final walk through in the car. He was very kind and took his time with showing me every aspect of the car. I was so impressed with the professionalism and the attention to detail of this dealership that I would recommend it to all my family and friends. More

Excellent Experience! Salesman Jeff Altman was great! Having owned a 2012 Juke (which was deemed "Total Loss"), I already knew the vehicle. I saw it online along with a Salesman Jeff Altman was great! Having owned a 2012 Juke (which was deemed "Total Loss"), I already knew the vehicle. I saw it online along with a few other Jukes. Initial inspection found excellent condition with the exception of a few black smudges on the bumpers. After my Insurance Company settled with the loan company, I visited Tom Wood Nissan. Since Jeff was occupied with another Customer, he had Todd help me out. I drove the Vehicle, and found it was just as sound as my 2012. There is something about the way these things run that tells me they will last a very long time. Proof of that is the high dollar amount the Insurance Company paid the lender. While Jeff and I were working on the paperwork, Todd was good enough to rub out those surface marks. Dan, the Finance man was pleasant and efficient. Barring the wait caused only by Dan finishing up with another Customer, my sale was conducted very quickly. Todd had me follow him to the Auto Leasing Co. just behind their lot. He walked back while I moved all my things to my new vehicle and dropped the keys in the overnight box. They sent me off with 1/2 tank gas and a smile. I was so happy, that I called the next day to thank Jeff. This review is the least I can do. I am sold on Nissan vehicles. Both of my experiences with Tom Wood Nissan were very nice. How many of us can say that about their Automobile Purchase? By the way, Service I received on my 2012 was also executed with same pleasant, customer-oriented, no-nonsense approach.
