Brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. We also found that I needed an alignment ( which I expected from some serious pot holes). Service Advisor Fredo Rodriguez and Tech Kyle Woods saved the day. My car had to be towed to this dealer to fix an issue that Meineke in Indy created and could not fix which left my car undriveable. Thankfully they were able to get me in, correct the issue and get me on my way back home the day before Christmas Eve. Huge thanks to Kyle for finding the issues and correcting them and for Fredo to get me in and a ride from my hotel to the deelership.
