Driver side visor Simply the best. They have done everything on my Tribecca since I purchased it 10 years and 127,000 miles ago. My driver side visor was lose and event Simply the best. Kyle Hendricks saw my replacement through and because the home link was in the visor, needed to make sure proper visor was found and installed. More

Warranty work turns into expensive light bulb My wife took out Subaru in for warranty work and while there she got roped into having two small amber lights replaced for $50 Labor and several other My wife took out Subaru in for warranty work and while there she got roped into having two small amber lights replaced for $50 Labor and several other routine maintenance suggestions for a total of over $900. That’s why I do not appreciate the dealer pricing or techniques. We leave feeling like we got fleeced. More

New tire, new wiper blades and took care of two recalls and changed the oil for less than what the TIRE DEALER wanted to charge. Very happy More

BEST DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE EVER! We went in for scheduled maintenance for our Outback. Looked at the Ascent in the show room (which we had researched) and then talked about it later a We went in for scheduled maintenance for our Outback. Service My wife booked an appointment a week ahead of time for service for the Saturday before Easter. I understand this was a busy day and things get stressf My wife booked an appointment a week ahead of time for service for the Saturday before Easter. I understand this was a busy day and things get stressful in service fields. However the treatment described to me by my wife was not only incredibly unprofessional but outright hostile. Your facility is beautiful and we had a great experience buying our forester sport their but I promise I will never spend another dime there based on my wife’s described experience. I know that for the most part Tom Wood strives for and achieves excellence but I need to be sure that my wife can get service done without calling me at work in tears based on being made to feel stupid by a customer service professional. The best of wishes to your facility and I sincerely hope that this was a fluke occurrence. My family will stick with our sales/service at Kings Subaru In Cincinnati. More
