My butt is more sensitive at times than the computer . I finally 2 problems fixed of which I've complained for 2 or more years. Tom Wood's service dept did what they could. My issue is with corporate Subaru protocols. More
My wife came in for a regular-maintenance oil change and tire rotation, but multiple up-sale attempts were made that did not seem genuine. While waiting, she could overhear that every vehicle apparently nee tire rotation, but multiple up-sale attempts were made that did not seem genuine. While waiting, she could overhear that every vehicle apparently needed a battery as they were all "just a bit low". Filters for everyone were also in need of a change during the visits. She had to decline multiple times before being able to finish the service visit and pay. I typically bring the car in myself and avoid this, but unfortunately it seems that the stereotypical behavior is still alive and well in the automotive service industry. More
