Terrific dealership experience I found the used car of my dreams and contacted Tom Wood Volkswagen and was put in touch with Kenny Scott.We negotiated the price via phone and intern I found the used car of my dreams and contacted Tom Wood Volkswagen and was put in touch with Kenny Scott.We negotiated the price via phone and internet with several scenarios ( trade,no trade,etc.) We put a credit card deposit to hold the car and when we arrived after several delays due to my business,Kenny was still there to deliver the vehicle and his wife was getting very close to delivering their first child! He was very pleasant ,knowledgeable and professional.The car was even better than described. He even pointed out a teeny weeny dent, almost invisible,as he could tell I was a gearhead and would notice it latter. Every one at the dealership was extremely helpful when I had to return moments latter with a service message at closing time. The service manager resolved the problem to my satisfaction even though it was not a Volkswagen ,his area of expertise. I can not say enough good things about Kenny and Tom Wood Volkswagen.John Hill,satisfied customer. More

Exceptional staff (thank you Jon Dwyer & team!), great service from start to finish, and prices that can't be beat. I dropped off my '03 Jetta for a routine oil change this morning. When the service was complete I had their shuttle pick me up at the office and take me in to get my car. I had a great conversation on the ride into the shop with Gene Horne, the shuttle driver. a good day I've only had a couple of services done at Tom Wood Volkswagen but this one had a bright star. Yes, they told me what I came in for was fixed and then I've only had a couple of services done at Tom Wood Volkswagen but this one had a bright star. Yes, they told me what I came in for was fixed and then gave me a list of more things to do, but the best part, and the real reason for me writing this, is the customer service from Gene the shuttle driver. He was a joy. He was cordial and got me home and then called when he was on his way to collect me later. This was the best part of my visit to your dealership and service department.
