Timing belt I’m always a wreck going into these places. Because of the horror stories about how they charge you an arm and a leg. During my intake Wade reassured me that he’ll make sure that they get the right pro blue fixed. As well as looking over the other things in the car fluids etc. He called me to ask me about a part and was confident in how he explained it to me. He even made sure that I wold have a shuttle back there to retrieve my car. He finally called me with good news saying that everything was done and that he forwarded my infor to the shuttle driver and they would call me shortly. Which happened in a few minutes. I felt like I was in good hands with him. He made the process smooth sailing! And explained everything to me in a way I could understand. Mahalo Wade! More
