My faith in good salesmanship is restored. Limuel Javines possesses the mark of a good salesman as he listened to my needs and did his best to fulfill them. Right on our first telephone conversation ( I didn't come to the dealership believing I'll be just wasting my time dealing with pushy salesmen) I've had good rapport with him making me decide to buy a new car at Tony Honda. He only worked on the price I gave, never asked "up to?", didn't suggest any other model/trim I didn't want to hear, checked on the availability of the car I wanted, gave me the best out-the-door price (which I knew he/dealership won't be making much with that price), honestly told me the few dollars he'll only be getting lol - all these on the telephone which I never really expected he'll be willing to discuss. It was a quick, easy and comfortable car buying experience I've had with this person. Now he continues to treat me well with good after-sales service. Unprofessional and inappropriate Rude, unprofessional, and appalling behavior because we did not accept his negotiated offers. We (female couple) were given estimates of what we would Rude, unprofessional, and appalling behavior because we did not accept his negotiated offers. We (female couple) were given estimates of what we would pay for our car and the amount we would receive to trade in our car by our salesman. However, when our salesman went to discuss these numbers with Steve Alaimo, he would not offer the initial figures provided by our salesman. So after a few back and forth negotiations, we told our salesman if the initial offer he provided us with was not possible, then we would not be buying the car. At that point, Steve Alaimo came to speak with us, clearly upset and face flushed red, sat down, fidgeting his let with agitation and said at this point I've already lost you as customers and demanded we tell him why we won't budge on the offers he provided. We explained because those are the numbers your salesman provided to us. He then went on to belittle us by telling us we were looking at the wrong car because we can't afford the car and that we need to buy a cheaper car that fits our income. Unbeknownst to him we both have 6-figure salaries. He constantly spoke over us even though he kept asking us questions and kept raising his voice to ensure we would hear him over us trying to answer his questions. Whether he was using an intimidation tactic because we were 2 females trying to purchase a car or he was outright upset that we would not budge on the numbers provided by his salesman, his behavior was extremely uncalled for and unprofessional. We felt threated, intimidated, and belittled throughout the encounter. We reported this to his manager. Will never shop at Tony Honda again. More

Our previous vehicle went down and I knew we didn't want to have it fixed because we knew it would be very expensive and we didn't have the money to do it. After much consideration, we knew we had to find another vehicle but we had to choose the dealership carefully so we did our research. Their online website is very user friendly and easy to navigate and went ahead and left my name and phone number. That's when Lemuel contacted us. What made it a wonderful experience is that he took his time and gave us other options when the original car we picked would not have been acceptable financially.
