Two trips to the dealer I made two trips to this dealership to check out used vehicles. The first trip was pointless. I explained (several times) what I was looking for and why, but the young woman was just not getting it or not listening. I ended up leaving, having not even looked inside of a vehicle. I decided to give them another chance about a week later and had a much better experience with Scott Kekumano. He seemed to understand what I needed and why. He was not pushy and he didn’t talk down to me like I didn’t know anything (yes some men at dealerships do that to women shoppers). I test drove two cars that fit my needs and budget. As I started to get stressed about the finance part, Scott could see this and he took the time to reassure me and answer my questions. He didn’t rush me and truly seemed to care about the customer relationship. Gunnar Hartner was very helpful for the closing and financing of my used vehicle. He didn’t rush through signing papers and explained everything step by step. Super friendly! Thank you Scott and Gunnar! More
